    Forced Edges

    Hello! I was wondering if there was any possible way in the formatting to have a way to set up forced edges?

    Hi Sierra, this should be delivered.

    Alhora supports simple repeating edge designs through Details → Book style → Backgrounds & borders, using a border that extends into the bleed and applies across the printed book. Bleed must also be enabled under Details → Print layout. However, automatically converting a picture into different artwork for each page, creating a complete image across the closed book’s edges, isn’t currently supported.

    Methods of exporting to KDP, Ingram, etc.

    Helloooo :) Does this product enable exporting, so that we can simply upload eBook or Print book to the main retailers? Thanks :)

    Hi! Yes, that's the whole purpose of this software. With any subscription method, you can export these books into how they need to be exactly formatted for IngramSpark, KDP, Apple Books and the like. This goes for both ebook and print copies.

    Ebook Headers

    I uploaded custom images for my chapter headers. When I export my book, it is fine in the print pdf but any ebook file it won’t show the header and says it is missing …

    Hi Sierra, this bug is now resolved. It was due to a specific file type not being allowed in epubs. We now convert every image into acceptable epub images before send off. So should be fixed now :)
