Alhora Desktop Support

Hello there,
Firstly, this programme is a great asset to have. I signed up recently as a Alpha Tester not realizing the programme was already launched.
But I have been playing around with it and its features to understand what it does and how it work. I love it for sure. And in due course, I will buy the lifetime licence, whether that is one of the founding licences, which I hope to, or the full fee, this is a great assess to have for sure.

I am a faceless and non-social media presence individual, so of course I do not openly advertise which of course is an issue, but I cannot do anything about that in my life.
But the app, I wanted to ask a few things to help me better use the platform.

1. Website account - I cannot add a profile picture. I am trying too, but it never appears. I think it is because of size. Could a small info box be placed next to it, for users to click and see what the requires size profile photo should be, so that myself and others can go ahead and adjust their profile picture to fit correctly.

2. Proof of Authorship - How does this work if I have already written in Word before importing it into Alhora?

3. Desktop App (Book Details/Binding) - When I access the binding I can see my front cover, spine, and back cover. Two issues here, The spine and sprayed edges, are not formatting in the book viewer. Again there is no size/measurement requirements. I wounder if there is a way to let users know what the size parameters are subject to their book and script size. The same for all the covers would be a fantastic option to see. My Ebook cover does not show at all, that is why showing the correct size users need for their work, would be an asset.

4. Languages - I am writing in the en-US wording, but there are some US words like 'color' that it keeps trying to correct, is that as coding issue, or because my computer is currently set to en-UK but Windows default?

5. ISBN - When I put the ISBN number in the Edition ISBNs. it places it in the Copyright page, left aligned and at the bottom of my page. my issue is that my ISBN is already incorporated higher up and cantered aligned where I want it. I have added the ISBN in the legacy fallback box as this then stops it from appearing on that page. is the away either change the placement or just turn it off so that I can have to information entered in the Book Details, but I type as I have, as a paragraph and placed it in my book where I want it?

6. Book Details/Description - When I enter my book description, I have enters a new line for each paragraphs on on the Alhora Shelf, the description is all bundled together. Is there no way to change it so it presents better in the Alhora Bookshelf?

7. Insert a Block Here/Headings 1, 2, 3 - Frustratingly, when I slick added a block here it always places it at the very bottom even though I am trying to place it above the first paragraph and click on Heading 2, but I then have to drag it all the way to the top to place it where I need it. Also on the Headings, I can make Chapter 1 and the ornament appear on a separate page, but I cannot had Heading 2 or 3 to it. For me, the separate chapter page with have the Chapter 1, ornament picture. A subheading which I have not way of adding anywhere, so have put it down as Heading 2, and then a personal quote, which I have also put down as Heading 3. This is the only way I have been able to add them to the book. I also cannot personalize headings 2 and 3 i.e. I want to make then italics, but although in the View/Write section I can, when it saves and I click Print or Live View, that are back to standard format with No personalization.

8. Keyboard Shortcuts - Ctrl +Z, the undo my last activity dose not work, I have to manually click on the three dots, t hen click undo, and do that several times.
