Chapter Page Additions

I want to add a Subheading and Block Quote to the separate Chapter Pages, so when the reader turn, they then begin reading the story. I have tried to explore options, but I cannot find a work around. Dragging, Change Matter, nothing is working. But the option to put any text or images should easy enough, but again, I cannot find an option.
