Is it possible to have the option to leave the left hand menu open (Quick, This Book, Finish, Share & Sell...) As when I enter writing to closes by default leaving only the small Icons which I still do not know them all yet. An option to open and close the left hand menu would be great. When I enter "Write" it when I collapses, I then have to come out of write to view the menu titles. Also is here a way to view all my photo that I have uploaded, so that I can delete the ones I do not need, this will also allow me to get below the 512mb Cloud Upload limit or 20000 lines error I keep getting.
Thanks for explaining both parts. The writing view currently uses a compact menu, with labels appearing when you hover over an icon or focus it using the keyboard. An option to keep the labels visible would make navigation easier while you are learning the app, so that is a useful improvement for us to consider. I am looking at making it that on hover, the whole board opens and collapses automatically. I have built this awaiting deployment.
You can already browse images registered to your current book through Write → Outline sidebar → Images. Select an image to find Delete image, and review the usage warning before removing it.
We have also recently fixed the Cloud upload issue you mentioned. The “20,000” figure referred to files and folders, rather than lines of your writing. If you continue seeing the error, please send us the exact message and your Alhora version so we can check whether you are encountering the same issue.
