Push Chapters Up/Down To the Front Matter

Hii! I've uploaded my manuscript but some of the "chapters" are actually for the front matter (eg. playlist, blurb etc.) . I tried to use the up arrow to push it to the Front Matter section, but it won't let me.

Noted. I will extend the ability to move chapters up to the front matter if there are some nuances with manuscript imports!
